Classes are challenging and fun. Peter is always there to correct form and make sure everything is safe and that you get a great workout! He’s a dedicated and experienced coach and you get the personal approach your membership pays for. Workouts are varied and well planned. The gym, equipment, and bathrooms are always clean. You can bring your kids if you need to! Gym members are positive and encouraging. People of all experience levels attend classes so it’s easy to feel relaxed and focus on challenging yourself at your own level with professional guidance.
It's been one year since I joined Undisputed and it has truly been the best gym experience I've ever had. Pete has created such a comfortable, supportive environment and is an excellent coach. The workouts are always different, which keeps it fun and interesting and I feel stronger every day. I am so glad Frankfort has a gym like Undisputed!
Petey goes much deeper than just being a trainer. He seeks out a relationship with each of his members. He demonstrates a genuine desire to see each of us reach our goals. He welcomes each us as we enter! I highly recommend trying his place!
I love dropping into Pete's gym. His classes are fun, a lot of diversity in what you do each workout and you can scale it to your ability level. The people are always great to workout with too with each class I've dropped into. You can do a class without any boxing in it, but if you would like to box.. this is the only fitness gym in town that offers it in class form!
