Daughter went there for 2 years with No pressure or judgement. They dont expect you to spar if you're not looking for that type of training. She was there to learn basic defense skills. So when she was challenged by 2 punks with no home training, She didn't fold or try to run, she fought back, gained control, and finished them! Lol. They know what they're doing, and now she has the basic mechanics to defend herself in this cruel world. Thank you H.O.W. gym!!

Awesome place for kids. My daughter goes here. She loves it. Abdullah is pretty cool and he cares about these kids and do one to one coaching which is great to empower them.

House of warrior has been fantastic for my son! Coach has taught him so much in a short amount of time. He enjoys every minute of it. If you're looking for a place for your child to learn self protection and confidence House of Warrior is where you need to be.

Great Place, Great Instructors who really care about their students. Environment is as relaxed or as intense as you want it to be, classes for all levels. Head coach is great with kiddos and the training you get here is real. Check it out, you'll love it!
