Best gym in the city, they'll get you together! I love that they will hold you accountable if you say you have goals. Not to mention some of the fighters participate in KoK, BKF, LFA etc. They're doing big things. Plus it's a great place for kids too and they offer private lessons. You go here enough times, you'll wonder why it took you so long to start

Facility is super clean and maintained. The coaches are great and have been so helpful in teaching someone with no prior MMA experience. They are kid friendly with a little room set up right off the mats! Highly recommend
Family friendly!
We train really hard but the atmosphere is light-hearted and fun. I’ve never met a coach more dedicated to his athletes as Coach Bell. Along with coaches Mark, Dakota and Cam you will absolutely develop a well-rounded skill set. I’ve known these guys for years and wouldn’t train anywhere else.
