We were just looking around. The employees were extra friendly. The store was neat and well organized. We got several good gift ideas for Christmas. There was plenty of parking. Not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon.

Won’t even offer a store credit for merchandise returned with receipt just because it’s slightly passed the 90 days with tag still on it. Never left my trunk, forgot I purchased it. The system should atleast allow a store credit for still being brand new item and having receipt.

I was able to return two 700C bicycle tubes purchased at the Bowling Green location that the valve stem was too short for the rims on my 2013 Diamondback Interval Elite purchased from Dick's online. I was pleasantly surprised that the Richmond, KY location had the original style Big League Chew in a pouch in several flavors.

Just got my bike worked on and I wanted to give a shout out to Caleb and store manager Ronnie, for their good humor and sheer awesomeness. They were spectacularly attentive, competent,and hard-working. Best of all, they started to work on the thing immediately, and I was happily rolling out of the place by late afternoon. Thanks to both of them for everything.
