I started training at IGOS Boxing at a really young age and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. The coaches actually care and take time to teach you the right way, even if you’re a beginner. They push you hard but it makes you better every day. The vibe in the gym is really motivating. Everyone works hard and respects each other. It’s not just about hitting the bag — you actually learn real technique, conditioning, and discipline. If you’re in Richmond and want to get into boxing or just get in shape, I definitely recommend checking it out. It’s tough, but it’s worth it.

Mr. IGO is a top notch man and coach, his knowledge is unending. Incredible facility, incredible couple, making a difference in childrens lives. A+, 100%, wonderful program!

Signed my 15yr old son up about a month ago and he really likes coach. It is owned by a husband and wife, coach Emmitt is a military veteran and teaches discipline well. I will add more with my sons progressions and add Pics as well
