There's a barber shop inside.....NUFF SAID. Go and let one the fellas cut you up. Either TITUS, Pete, or anyone of the other gifted barbers hook you up. You just might be able to get your HOOP on afterwards.

My husband and I recently joined this gym. The cost is affordable for me(hubby is a silver sneakers). The gym as well as the locker room is always clean and well stocked. During the morning hours when we're there, it's a older group and is very comfortable. We're glad we joined and have recommended them to friends and family.

The water temp was great! Nice and warm. But the locker room was dirty and the lockers inside were gross. So many locks were broken and the ones not broken had padlocks so I took my bags into the pool with me. There were heaps of something on the bottom of the pool. The water looked clean but the trash on the bottom was concerning. Because of all this, I was concerned at their attention to the levels of chemicals in the water- if it was safe or not. Attention to cleanliness at a gym/pool is so important! Very nice front people staff. I’d love to go back if they’d clean the place up. Very hard to find a warm water swimming pool near me.

I absolutely love all the classes they have, there is something to do everyday. I also love the big indoor pool. It's always clean and fresh. I did notice in the bottom gym area the ceiling is falling due to leaks but it's only against the wall in thr back not near the work out areas. It's kid friendly and the staff Is very professional. I would recommend my friends to come here it's just kinda low key hidden.
