Amazing Facility for kids and Adults. If you’re looking for boxing or fitness this would be the go to spot. The staff is very pleasant. My nephew enjoy going to class every week.

Love, Love, Love this place. My son really enjoys the valuable lessons he learn here. This facility not only show kids how to defend themselves but how to build confidence and self Esteem. They are adamant on kids learning respect which is a big plus! Don’t sleep on this place!! Thanks to coach Boom and staff we appreciate everything your staff pours into my son!
