The first gym I went to in my life and it’s the last one I’m going to cause ima be stuck in there too many great options. trainers are always helpful equipment is on point on with everything I need to work on, and the location is great. Great gym all around.

I love this gym so much. It has all the amenities you need to for a GREAT WORKOUT, and to top it off a sauna has been 💃🏽added. I look forward to my next visit. I recommend this gym to anyone ready for a lifestyle change. Keep up the GREAT WORK MACK!

It's not only gym. He's not only changing bodies, peoples mind sets are being transformed. Mack has a calling on his life that will impact the community, young boys will grow up to be men because of him. Eyes have not seen what God his in store for him. 🙏🏽💙

I’ve been working out with Mack since 2013 when we was getting it in at City Park. I’m so proud to see how far he’s come and seeing his vision come to life. He is by far the best trainer I’ve had yet. He really keeps you motivated, and you see REAL results. I’ve been off for 2 years due to pregnancy, and coming back feels like I never left. I dropped 26 pounds in 2 months. I’m starting to gain my strength back, I’m looking better, and I’m feeling better.. When you step foot in that gym the vibe alone gets you going.. He’s also involved with the community and helping these kids become our greater future. It’s only up from here, because he’s definitely a blessing not only to me but to the community as well.

Iam A single mother of two boys . Bringing my 7 year old here for the after school mentoring really helped him in many ways . He loved to be around Mack ! He would come home from school finish his work early just so he could go ! He had stories EVERYDAY about all the different things they would do. He needed a positive influence and he got it here not only from Mack but the different men that worked out there they all greeted him . After football seasons is over he’ll be back!
