Great boxing gym. If you actually want to learn to box instead of doing Cardio fitness (although you'll get plenty of that) or if you only want that they have fitness boxing as well. Just over all great gym and instructors.

Honestly cannot say enough great things about this place. The owner is simply the best and all of the trainers/instructors are fantastic! They are great at keeping an eye on everyone and giving tips, as well as correcting form. They take their time with everyone and are extremely friendly. This is the ONLY place I’ve ever felt 100% comfortable working out and learning new exercises; I’ve never felt foolish or insecure around anybody here, including other members, just because I might not be as strong or don’t know the proper technique. I’ve never taken a class that I don’t like here. This is the ONLY place I will recommend to friends and family from now on. The workouts might be challenging, but they are also FUN. 15/10 💪🏻

I had always wanted to try a boxing class and in late 2020, my husband and I found Elite and attended a class to see how we’d like it. We had so much fun that we ended up signing up for a membership that night. Fast forward 4 years later and Elite staff and members have become like a family. I was able to bring both my children with me to class while I was on maternity leave, and still feel comfortable bringing them in as they get older - incredibly family friendly! The classes are amazing for any level of fitness and everyone is so encouraging to help you get to your goals. If you’re looking to get a great workout in and find a wonderful sense of community, Elite Boxing & Fitness is it !
