I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym and the amazing community they’ve created. From pregnancy to postpartum, they supported me every step of the way and made me feel strong, capable, and comfortable during such an important season of life. The environment is so welcoming and encouraging, and one of the things I appreciate most is how kind and accommodating they are with my kids coming along. It truly feels like a second family. A huge thank you to the incredible coaches, Lydia, Dena, and Hailey, for always being supportive, motivating, and genuinely caring. Their positivity and encouragement make such a difference. I’m beyond grateful to have found this gym and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels both empowering and welcoming.
Love this gym so much! I cannot say enough good things. From girls night out to getting all my rage out boxing, this is the place to be.
Striking Beauties is the BEST! The entire team is so encouraging and the classes are the perfect workout. If you’re looking for a community of strong women, this gym is it!!
I absolutely LOVE this place! Their teen programs, the boxing/kickboxing, the weight training. There’s literally something for every woman. It’s an amazing feeling to finally find your squad. I’ve never felt more at home anywhere else than I do here. My daughter takes the teens classes. Her self esteem has skyrocketed and she walks out of there feeling so confident. Striking beauties will have us as members as long as they’re in existence ❤️
