Hands down best gym I've ever been to. I've been bouncing between gyms for the last 8 years or so. Tried other gyms in Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Brighton, downtown Boston, etc., and Ever Fitness in Somerville is by far the best gym I've been to in the Boston area and surrounding cities. They're constantly making updates to the gym, adding new equipment, new weights, etc. Even have a barber shop attached to the gym. Very very good monthly price too for this gym. Especially when you factor in all the updates they've made and compare it to other Boston gym prices. Great staff too, very friendly and welcoming. Also have pro trainers on site who are very knowledgeable about lifting. There is a female only section of the gym too. My girlfriend and I would go almost every day and she loved having access to the female only section. All machines are great and new, free weights and smith machines, they have everything. Never gets too crowded either. Usually never found myself waiting around for weights or machines to open. I think I've left maybe 3 reviews my whole life and Ever Fitness definitely deserves one. Favorite gym hands down. You will not be disappointed!

I love this gym! First thing you notice is how clean and fresh it feels—it’s consistently well-maintained and never has that stale “gym” smell. The equipment is modern, in excellent condition, and there’s a wide variety of machines, so you never feel limited in your workout options. The staff and personal trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely supportive. The hours are accommodating and the gym is located in a plaza that has just about everything you need, including a barbershop and an eyebrow threading studio, which makes it easy to take care of errands before or after a workout. This gym has been around for quite some time, and it’s impressive to see how it continues to improve. Overall, it’s a well-run, welcoming place that makes staying consistent feel effortless.

I had only positive experiences during my time at EverFitness. This gym is a fantastic, lowkey local spot—it has an authentic, slightly rugged charm that I found refreshing and motivating. While it may not look like a shiny, generic chain, the equipment is well-maintained and everything was in perfect conditioning (minus the sauna, which was out of service, but that was a minor detail). The vibe is great, and the location is super convenient with the other shops and businesses nearby. What really stood out was the staff. They are incredibly chill and helpful, creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. They were fantastic to deal with, even when I had to cancel due to moving out of state—they handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. A huge plus is the dedicated women-only area; my girlfriend absolutely loved having that option. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, community-focused gym with excellent people, I highly recommend EverFitness. Five stars for a great facility and even better customer service

I love this gym! The women's room has everything you need for an amazing workout. The co-ed section is even better. Everyone who works here and works out here is kind, helpful, and respectful. I've done a few sessions with Anna, one of the trainers, and I can't say enough. She has kicked my butt with the sweetest smile. She is knowledgeable and sympathetic about my struggles.

New too the Somerville area and have been looking for a good gym I have tried a few and none were a good fit until today I found my PERFECT GYM!!!! Listen if you hate that stupid Lunk Alarm and all the crap that comes along with it. GET HERE !!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Everybody at this gym is beyond nice and helpful and accommodating. It’s relaxing to work out there. You don’t wanna go to a gym where you feel stressed. You wanna be able to go and relax and get your workout in. This is the place.
