I’ve been dabbling a little in muay-Thai since last spring. I did a free trial at this gym and I’ve picked up so much knowledge, tips, and awareness from the Sityodtong Muay Thai Coaches! In my opinion, this is the best gym to learn Muay-Thai! I’ll definitely be dropping by more often!!

I love Shane and all the other coaches and Krus here. Very good system where they meet you where you're at, beginner with no prior experience all the way to pro. The culture there is all about humility, learning and being a good partner which makes me wanna keep coming back.

Great place! Found this humble place helped me get out of my shell. Friendly place with a great coach named Ryan, yea he da best! Muay Thai baybee 🙏🙏🙏🤘🤘🤘
