Hands down the best gym around. I’ve been going here since 2021 and have gotten to know the community so well, made many friends, and come to know the owners even better—they are phenomenal people with 3 young kids and treat everyone that walks through the door like family. I couldn’t recommend a better gym for anyone, with great pricing and great facilities.
Great gym and perfect location for me. Love the 24/7 access and the saunas after a good lift session.

Hands down the best gym within 50 miles. The equipment is always clean, the most friendly staff possible. The owners are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. I workout at a college gym during the school year and being able to come back here is night and day difference with cleanliness and environment. All thanks to the team at Iron Lab. Bonus: One of the owners of the gym helped me (21 yr old) fix my taillight that went out. Mind you I barely know the gas from the break. I was lost and she came out to the parking lot, took the old bulb out, took the time to teach me, and put the new one in for me. Thank you Iron Labs
My boyfriend and I joined and like it so far. Definitely better than planet fitness. The sauna is great & the best part is that it's open 24/7vto members. The equipment has been used and abused but that's about it. My only complaint is that there is hardly ever rags to clean the equipment or there's hardly any solution in spray bottles. But I typically go around 11pm or after and by then the rags do have a stench. Other than that it's a great gym to join! Update: a month in and still loving it! Another update: We stopped going because life got crazy and we started going again & it's so nice being back!!
