Me and my club go there once a week and Frank is nice. It is a decent gym. Everyone is nice.

I have known the owner for over 20 some years. He is a great guy and trains his fighters harder than any other gym that I know of . I love coming down here to workout , I also do some of the upkeep on the facility too.

The owner is nothing but a liar and a drama starter. I live up above the gym and he has done nothing but bully the residents out of their parking spaces so that his customers can park, lies about things that aren't even true and he just got my husband's cars towed for no reason. Don't ever associate with his business, I'd rather go to someone who isn't childish.
