I recently visited this YMCA location with two friends for a tour led by an HR staff member. Early in the tour, she asked what we were coming to the YMCA for, and we said the gym. She then asked what our fitness goals were, and I mentioned that I wanted to lose weight. In response, she said to my two friends, “Yes, I can tell,” which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Within the first couple of minutes of the tour, that comment really set a negative tone for the experience. In addition, the gym itself was not well maintained. The stairways had paint splatters, surfaces did not appear to be properly cleaned, mirrors were covered in fingerprints, and some of the equipment area felt messy and not well kept. Overall, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable returning to this location.

Did the "Initiation Tour", set up towel service and locker. Facility looks impressive, looking forward to utilizing the pool/sauna area to assist in my rehab. Joined the "Seniors" in chair yoga while there, enjoyable, and surprisingly it was a "workout" I felt the next day. Joyce is a good teacher!!

I pay over $50 a month to play basketball, and every time I go, all the courts are rented. They don't even leave half a court available for members to play.

The staff are delightful! Shout out to Brooke who helped a Y member who was having a medical problem in the parking lot. She was gentle, asked the perfect questions and provided quality care while waiting for the ambulance. Well done Brooke!
