I never considered myself a gym person. I joined Parkway Athletic Club primarily for the Pilates classes and had no intention of spending much time in the gym itself. But little by little, that changed. Five months later, I successfully completed a challenging high-altitude hike, and feel great. This gym offers so much variety in fitness classes. There’s something for everyone. Just being here is motivating. A special thank you to Mariah, whose warm welcome, positive attitude and encouragement made me feel comfortable from day one. Seeing a friendly face every time I walked in gave me one more reason to keep showing up. Thanks for offering excellent customer service.

We love the swim classes here. They have great instructors that really listen to parents and the kids they are teaching. We love Audrey. She really goes at the pace of the child with the slight pushing kids sometimes need to overcome those initial fears. The director and whole team are always so friendly too. We love that parents can watch lessons up close and be right there. Highly recommend!

Both our littles (4 and 6) are in swim lessons and we couldn’t be happier. The flex schedule for classes is my favorite, it’s convenient with our ever changing schedules. The whole team of instructors are great, professional, and seem to genuinely love their jobs. Sawyer is their favorite instructor - he makes a point to remember their names, where they’re at in their ability, and always plays little games with them.

Our son has been in private swim lessons with Trinity for over a year and we have seen tremendous progress. She keeps our son focused while maintaining a friendly and positive disposition. Would highly recommend Trinity and Parkway to anyone looking for swim lessons.

My son has gained so much confidence and skills after going through swim classes at Parkway. The last round of private sessions especially have been so helpful and I’ve gotten to witness him have those “Aha!!” Moments where things just click - priceless !! Huge shoutout to Trinity, who has been his phenomenal coach. She is extremely patient, kind & connects so well with kids. My son can take some time to warm up to people but he became comfortable with Trinity pretty quickly and said he always felt safe in the pool with her. Highly recommend Trinity and the Parkway swim program. Of note, the pricing is also very reasonable from private and group sessions !
