6 years as a member now. For a person my age, getting to the gym is no longer optional. It just has to happen. This gym is the best thing for that. It’s built for consistency and camaraderie. It’s starts with the culture that Sal has created, the great Coaches(thank you all!), and in particular Stacie who does most of our classes.

It's a great gym! The community is the best and the coaches are very helpful. Everyone is very encouraging and wants you to succeed. They definitely push you hard during the workouts, but there are always modifications.

Reno Power House is truly special. What makes it stand out for me isn’t just the equipment or the workouts but the culture. No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, you feel like you belong. The support and encouragement from every single coach makes you feel valued and like you’re part of a team. Being part of Reno Power House Fitness has been an incredibly positive experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in each member’s well-being and progress. The programming is well-structured and effective. I’ve seen significant improvements in both my strength and agility since joining. The community at RPHF is truly unmatched. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and results-driven environment.
