Very clean and well organized, lots of resources available, and the vibe is very kind and respectful. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I was nervous to start going to the gym but I feel comfortable here!

This has been my home gym for over a year. Great vibes from management to the front desk staff. They’re always making upgrades, the facilities are clean, and there’s plenty of space to do any workout you want. It’s bright, welcoming, and the other members are kind and respectful. The kids club is a huge reason I stay here. My kids love going. The childcare staff is kind, responsible, and they genuinely care about the kids. They help with all the little things such as snacks, water, sweaters, wiping noses, and even organize holiday crafts with the kids. They always tell me funny stories about my daughters and remember their favorite things even though we only come once a week. I can tell my kids have a great time, and as a mom that peace of mind means everything while I work out.

If you live in the area I 110% recommend this gym. I loved everything about it. Spacious, lots of equipment. Even when it’s busy it doesn’t really feel busy. Got basketball, sauna. The employees are great and welcoming and they have cleaners that come I believe every night. (Which I’ve been to a lot of gyms that don’t keep up with cleaning and maintenance on their equipment) if I didn’t move out of state I would stay at this gym forever. Thank you for everything!

Huge facility with a ton of equipment. I loved the sauna as well. Every staff member was always friendly when I came in. Unfortunately, I had to cancel as I am moving in May, but they made the process super easy online. Would definitely recommend this gym if you’re in the south reno area!

This club provides a wide array of equipment in a clean, professional, spacious setting and features a mostly professional class of members. The club lacks some features that could make it more of a world class facility including tennis courts, swimming facilities, a dance type room open to members without needing a class, martial arts zone, outdoor seating, and perhaps climbing facilities.
