Machines are very dirty. Young short black boy eats at the counter playing uno with another guy all the time he is there. I’ve seen him eating Cheetos his finger all cheesy using the key board gross. 🤮. Never ever seen him clean the gym or make sure paper towel rolls are filled. I go to the McCarran gym due to close to my home. Managers need to be aware of this.

Has good machines but many machines they only have one of. You may play a dozen solitaire games waiting for one machine. Also, last year when I was here for work, the showers were never hot. At best luke warm. I'm back but haven't tried showers here and probably won't. This place is great if you got the time. Also, they don't have all the machines I use for my workout at other PF. This is just a baby PF. GOOD, if that's all you need.

Excellent customer service. 10⭐️s. I was visiting and had a issue with my parents account billing. This is right after thanksgiving. Manager was not in but not a problem Why? Because Sara to rescue. Wow!! She is super pleasant very efficient. She took care billing issue and updates the account in seconds. She even gave me a receipt for my records. What gym does that? No run a arounds.seriously !! I appreciate your help very much. Thank you. When i went in the night before there was a Big samoan looking guy he had a cool name but I’m not sure the spelling. He told me to talk to the manager on the following morning, He is very helpful as well. He let my mom and i go in to look around the facility even though the billing issue. All an all great customer service. Nice place. Im glad i picked this place for my parents.

Out of all the planet Fitness I been too this is my go too. Not only because its close to my residence. They got a whole free weight section which is nice if you ask me. its not too crowded when I go in the afternoon. Staff is friendly and plenty of equipment at your disposal.

Let’s start with…I’m a truck driver. I work out 6-7 days a week at locations all over the US. This is undoubtably one of the dirtiest I’ve ever visited(as far as locker rooms). Management clearly doesn’t care or manage this place properly. I treat of pf as my locker rooms bc I know how bad truck stops can be so I feel this is a better option to shower. Well not here. I wasn’t sure if I was going to catch a bacterial infections. I feel pretty resilient to most things but this is one of the few places shower sandals are 100% needed. Mold, stains, blood, hairballs, tumbleweeds of dust, trash. You name it…it’s in the locker room. Do better. I hope someone sees this and makes adequate changes. One of the few I won’t visit again. The pf on the north side is nothing like this. 🤢👎🏻
