I've been going here for 10 years (almost 11) and it's been an amazing experience to be around a great group of people to help me reach my martial arts goals. I totally recommend going here, the instructors are great at teaching the students to help them develop a great mindset is an amazing experience, and to see them grow and learn from an instructor like myself is the best thing. 5/5 no doubt!

I am currently a student hear and all the staff are super great you have a ton of fun but also learn how to defend youreself

West Coast is a family. This program developed me into an excellent athlete and person. The instructors at West Coast are the absolute best. I received my first degree black belt about ten years ago, and my family decided to send my little brother and sister (15 years younger than me) to Diana and her team this year! It is nice to see the same values of respect, concentration, and mindfulness being taught to my siblings.

I took my 7 yr old son Jeff and 5 yr old daughter Alexa here. Daryl and the rest of the staff were just fantastic. They kept the kids in control while keeping it fun. I saw my son and daughter's effort level at the top of their game. To have a 5 & 7 yr old focus and effort at the top of their game while having fun. To accomplish this is a great feat in itself my complements go out to the whole staff. thank you. I am a pediatric nurse and have worked with thousands of kids. So I know how hard it is to do
