My 4 almost 5 year old son started doing karate here about 2 months ago. I have already seen a huge difference in his confidence and coordination which were the main reasons I put him in karate. He absolutely loves going and would go everyday if he could! The instructors are amazing with the small kids. Can’t wait to see how he continues to progress! Thank you Bodyworks!

We have been enjoying our time at Bodyworks! Our son loves going to his classes. The environment there is very welcoming and Mrs. Page is so very patient and kind with the new students. I have had the pleasure to see her interact with the students and it’s a wonderful thing to see! So happy we decided to get involved with this establishment!

To say that my kids love going to karate at Bodyworks Karate School is an understatement. It is the highlight of every week! They have more confidence, more respect, and more strength and agility. The instructions go at the pace of the child and always assure that they are ready to move forward before giving them more. There is a comradery that keeps the whole family engaged and gets the kids excited to participate more (with tournaments, special events, reward ceremonies, and demos outside of the studio). For me as the parent, I am so happy to have found this community for them and for our family. I believe it is so important to have other adults in your kid's lives who truly care about their well-being and success, and we've found that here!

We have been so wonderfully happy with our experience at Bodyworks! Our child loves going, learning new skills, seeing his hard work pay off and being part of a bigger community! The owners are the best people and it is reflected in their choices for instructors. Watching how each child is treated with respect regardless of skill level or ability level is refreshing. They hold themselves and students to a higher standard of expectation while still being welcoming and having fun. My child is happy to go twice a week and we are happy to watch him grow! Highly recommended joining the Bodyworks community.

We have been taking the 40 minute drive to body works for about 9 years now. My 13 year old started around 4.5 years old. He was wild and had some behavioral issues but since joining Bodyworks he has been afforded so many opportunities that most kids his age aren’t given and he has been able find accountability in himself and others, patience and compassion, friendship and family, and self discipline but also just fun! His brother stated when he was 5 and is now 10. He has always been compassionate and accountable but has always struggled with confidence in himself and his abilities and every time he steps on that mat with his friends and instructors there’s sense of belonging and safety and encouragement that I see him day by day growing more confident in himself and what he can do. There are countless martial arts schools in my area but with Bodyworks is like a second home, a village of other families who just want the same thing for their kids. It takes a village to raise kids and the Owners and their Instructors and the friends we have made along the way, they are our village!
