Around March/April of 2018 I called to inquire about canceling membership and paying a cancellation fee due to financial issue. I was told that there was no cancellation fee That I owe my whole contract. Ok. Fine. I’ll do my best to pay it. I continued paying my $129.99 each month until Contract end which I thought was November 2018 (couldn’t quite remember when I started but knew it was around then). Feeling relieved that I paid all I owed and was done I was quickly put in my place when I checked my account and found I was charged for December 2018. I called Title on or about December 4 inquiring as to when my membership actually ended. I was told October 2018. GREAT i fulfilled my obligation BUT you’ve now taken 2 extra months of $. I asked for a refund and my membership should have canceled. Oh no your membership renews itself - they don’t tell you this when you sign up nor do you get a copy of the contract. She tells me she will have management call me back. December 18 I call again because no one called me back. Surprise surprise. I get told they will give me till March to use my membership. Clearly if I haven’t been able to get there since about February of 2018 how would I now miraculously have time to get there between now and March? I asked for a refund of the $ they took without permission. I was told they have no ability to do that but that he would talk to management. I was assured since new management took over its very different there and they are running things differently and take care of members. I was told I would receive a call back on friday December 21. It is now January 7 and I have yet to receive my money back or a phone call that I was assured I would receive. If you are a member beware of their tactics. I’ll be putting in a dispute with my bank to get my $ back since no one at Title wants to make this right.

Had an amazing personal training session with Paul!!! He incorporated strength training and time in the ring. Very knowledgeable and kept me motivated the whole time.The session went by so quickly and I had a blast! Can’t wait to setup my next session!!

A month before having rotator cuff surgery I asked if my membership could be put on hold. A Title coach told me that would be fine until I can return again. To my surprise I started getting calls, text messages and emails saying my account was overdue. Thankfully I had to cancel my credit card for other reasons but now Title couldn’t continue charging me and going back on their word about a policy they implemented. Once I was ready to go back, I noticed all the instructors I once would only go to their classes were no longer with Title for various reasons. I once would have highly recommended Title but not anymore!!!!

Been going there for the past 9 months. Great trainers, clean facility and they call you by name! Makes you feel your part of the group and makes you look forward to going to the next session:)

I was originally lured into trying this place by my sister-in-law, and after the first visit I was totally hooked. The trainer guided workouts are the most fun strength and cardio workouts I've ever done. Some trainers are more technically skilled than others with regards to actual boxing/kickboxing technique, which may or may not be important to you. Regardless the staff is friendly, the place is always very clean, and the workouts are intense.
