No Labels Boxing is truly the best boxing gym for people who want to sweat, feel strong, and have fun. The staff is amazing, Mimi and Erik are amazing owners that are involved, present and have the biggest hearts. The gym is clean the equipment is great! I have never tried boxing before this, and now it is one of my favorite forms of exercise. I have a new sense of confidence and strength!! Thank you so much No Labels Boxing!!!
I was a member at a different boxing gym for over a decade, but was invited by a friend to try No Labels. I thought for sure this would be a one off, but after one session, I joined NLB and haven't looked back. The workout is unlike any I've experienced - boxing and strength training in one session. The complete circuit takes about 40 minutes and is a full body workout. More importantly, there is something very special happening at No Labels that has to be experienced first hand to truly understand. There's an overwhelming feeling of acceptance when you walk through the doors. I felt welcomed immediately and have never felt uncomfortable in any sense. I had zero strength training experience prior, but the trainers are right there with me so I don't feel intimidated or like a total idiot when doing something new. I never thought I'd be in a gym 6 days a week, but the sense of accomplishment I feel walking out the door makes me excited to do it again the next day. I don't think I've ever met a more positive group of trainers or more gracious owners. Thanks to everyone at No Labels for creating such a great atmosphere 👊🏼💪🏼🥊

Great community. Eric and team do a phenomenal job encouraging people to be the best they can be. The boxing workout is the best stress relief I have ever tried, and the gym is a very warm and welcoming place for every person regardless of age, fitness level, or ability. A true gem. Would recommend it to everyone.
Boxing AND Fitness for kids! I was looking for a simple boxing class for my daughter (9 yo) as she showed some interest, but what we got was so much more! She LOVED it from the very first trial session with Erik. The Little Champs Class was perfect…full workout, boxing and fun!!! Owners Erik and Mimi along with the staff are so talented and great with the kids. I can’t say enough positive things about this place! My daughter can’t wait for the next session.
