Signing up our son at this gym is one of the best decisions we ever made. Our son is autistic and is benefiting tremendously from the workouts coach Chris implements with him. The gym owners Mimi and Eric are both so kind and loving and the space they have created for these neurodivergent kids is truly amazing. Everything in the gym is about embracing who you are with no lables or judgement. Our son absolutely loves "playtime" with coach Chris, who also happens to be an amazing, patient, the kindest guy you'll ever meet. Do not hesitate to sign your kids up to this amazing experience. You will not regret it in the least.
Erik and Mimi have cultivated a welcoming, supportive and inspiring environment at No Labels Boxing Fitness. You get a great workout with even better people. Coach CJ is the best too, he holds you accountable while also having fun. You won’t regret being a part of this family!

No Labels Boxing is truly the best boxing gym for people who want to sweat, feel strong, and have fun. The staff is amazing, Mimi and Erik are amazing owners that are involved, present and have the biggest hearts. The gym is clean the equipment is great! I have never tried boxing before this, and now it is one of my favorite forms of exercise. I have a new sense of confidence and strength!! Thank you so much No Labels Boxing!!!
