The coaches are awesome the people training are cool. The environment is very peaceful. You definitely learn alot here and you train hard. I never trained at a place where they acknowledge you no matter what level you're on. I'd recommend this place too others most definitely!

I am so happy to return back to this GYM again. This is a best coach in the world: calm, professional, in a great respect to all the visitors or frequent clients. Gym is old school Rockky style, where you do not need any lux interiors, you really would just workout for 150%. All the members are in a great respect to you and gives advises if needed. You will be able to have a great physical workout there, punch bag work, some sparing and pad work also. The best place to get boxing skills and loose some weight.

Love everything about the years of fraternity and brotherhood and the addition of positive men that my son's and daughters have encountered in this gym. The gym is very serious about it's craft yet very light at heart. The blend and balance is extremely encouraging and welcome. You can't help but feel at ease and welcome after your very first day in. Truly empowering to know the lessons don't start and end inside the ring. Sit long enough you'll learn so much more. As a family we find it hard to leave I trust that you will too. Happy training 😊
