Terrible customer service and extremely misleading billing practices. A simple cancellation turned into endless back-and-forth, inconsistent explanations, and continued charges despite repeated written cancellation requests. The experience felt more like customer harassment than customer support. Very disappointing way to treat loyal customers. Stay away if you value transparency and ethical business practices.

I’ve been going to rumble for a few month know and absolutely love the energy. From the front desk to the coaches, they are all so kind and supportive. My faves are Zeke and Steph but you can’t go wrong with any of the coaches! They’re all so helpful and motivating. They’re attuned to each and every person in their class, offering corrections and feedback as necessary. As someone who has a difficult time understanding verbal instructions, I appreciate being able to flag down my coach and ask for help, something they’re always willing to do. Thanks for helping this girlie find her workout groove.

Best studio ever!!!! I joined Rumble 3 months ago and can't recommend them more. The instructors and the staff are amazing and if you're looking for a studio that embodies a sense of community, this is it.

Rumble Jersey City has been a game changer for me. The studio is always clean, the team is welcoming, and the vibe makes you actually want to show up. The app is super easy to use, and I love being able to link my Apple Watch to track my calorie burn and recovery. My top 3 calorie burns have been with Kory, Steph, and Gabby — but honestly, all the classes just hit. If you’re looking for a fun workout and a serious stress reliever, you found it.

Overall positive experience at the new Rumble location. The space is clean and organized, however, it could be a bit bigger. The locker area gets tight when people are transitioning between classes. I liked all the classes I’ve taken so far, but I have to shoutout Kory. She has great energy, is interactive and motivational throughout class.
