Awesome place and workout. You are drenched once you’re finished. Owner is dedicated and truly cares. He makes this place a safe space for everyone—especially youth in our community.

This gym changed my life. I came in at 260 lbs and now after 5 years I’m still boxing and now competing at the 165 lbs weight class .

Incredible place to train at, the owner Anthony is extremely knowledgeable of boxing, and will train you to box or help you lose weight
