I had my first training session today and it was amazing! The workout was intense (in the best way), and I left feeling stronger, motivated, and excited to keep going. My trainer (Will) pushed me just the right amount and really kept me encouraged the whole time. Looking forward to many more sessions!

I heard about this gym through friends of mine who workout here. I used to workout at a boxing gym a few years ago and was looking for something similar that would give me guided work outs to help me achieve my fitness goals, while also giving me boxing workouts. I’ve been working out with Will, and I’ve been enjoying every workout. Will gives me exercises that are challenging and definitely not boring. His approach to fitness is makes you want to keep challenging yourself. He really pushes you and makes you see you can do more than you think. I love it at this gym. So glad my friends recommended this gym.

I joined 1 month ago and I am enjoying my training and I am already seeing results. The equipment and facility is great for both boxing and for general fitness. The members and training staff are all very friendly and members of all skill levels and interests are welcomed. I am learning to box with my training with Coach Will in the mornings while also enhancing my fitness.

Truly a fantastic gym! I am shortly coming up on my one year mark of attending this gym and it’s honestly become my favorite place to work out. This facility has everything you need for a great workout and they provide services like boxing and cross training with coaches that will train you like a champion. It’s tough, but you feel so great after what you achieve in there. Huge shout out to the best coaches i’ve worked with, Will and David who truly care and want to see you push past your own limits. Rumor has it, they are planning on making some improvements soon and are bringing in a sauna, which as a health and wellness enthusiast I am so excited for.

I love Boxingology! Highly recommend this gym! Started at Boxingology 5 months ago during that time I was able to win the NYC Metropolitan championship at 154lbs & improve my skills as an amateur fighter tremendously Due to the great coaches that are available at this gym. The people are phenomenal and very supportive. Great atmosphere for any skill level, if you’re just starting off or a competitive fighter. I highly recommend this gym, the best in the business hands down!🥊🏆👍🏽
