They never answer the phone whenever I’ve called or call back (I’ve seen someone else write the same) Not sure how people can ask questions that turn into sales if the only way to communicate is in person.. Sometimes all it is is one call for someone to have the courage or be ready to make a commitment, some may not have the time.. This lead me to changed my mind for somewhere more professional, attentive, & mindful, even if it wont be close to home. I don’t want to have inconvenience myself to chase a place to give business to have to drive there and look for parking for something that could’ve been handled in a 30 second phone call

I'm a well-mannered, physically fit woman who lives in Riverdale. I was very interested in joining and had a few questions, left three messages and no one ever bothered to return my call. Found a more professional gym.

I have been coming to this gym for nearly 3 years…I love the space, the classes and especially the strong, amazing, supportive women that I share the “Battlefield” with…this is my happy place!

If you’re a Black woman, please do not come here. This gym is predominantly non-Blacks and that is who they cater to and treat BW unequally. Find another gym if you’re Black.

FFC is an amazing and welcoming community of supportive women. They offer a wide variety of classes everyday and often provide other specialized programs that focus on health and wellness. I especially appreciate that the instructors make sure to offer modifications so that each class can be geared to all levels. Glad to have FFC in this neighborhood! I highly recommend it whether you’ve been working out for years or just considering the idea - there is a place for you at FFC.
