I honestly love this gym. I started one-on-one coaching with Alan knowing nothing about boxing, and he broke everything down so well. Now I actually understand proper technique and I’m in the best shape I’ve been in. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I trained in kickboxing with Erick Castro ever since I was seven in Covid in Sunset Park. Atmosphere is top-notch (the constant too-loud rap is personally great for focusing on my training), and it’s a good place for kids to learn self defense. I personally recommend Erick: he’s a professional who truly cares about the kids and their well-being, and he makes the hour of semi-grueling training so worth it. If you or your kid would be into this type of heavy training two or three times a week, the group classes are great. A real community. I was always excited to see the kids at the next training session, and I’m really so proud of how far some of them have come. I moved to Poland for a year this year, and I haven’t been able to find as good a gym anywhere in all of Warsaw. So looking forward to coming back. The next nine months seems like too long a wait. If I could give this place a thousand stars, I would. And one more time, for the people in the back: Erick Castro is the best!

I’ve been training here for a little while now, and the gym has everything you need — heavy bags, a full ring, a weight room, and plenty of space to practice your own drills. The coaches push you, but they also lift you up and meet you where you’re at. Sparring was scary at first, but I felt supported the whole time and walked away feeling stronger and more confident. If you’ve got heart and grit and want to learn boxing, this is the place to do it.
