I’ve been going to this boxing gym for a couple of months after many years of never exercising on purpose and certainly never punching anything. I would highly recommend. The classes are challenging but accessible, and the membership is diverse in all ways. People are friendly. The instructors all have their own styles and they are very respectful. I frequently have to modify moves to be lower impact and no one has ever given me a hard time! Groundbreaking. Sign up for the beginners class, it’s great.

The classes are so much fun, the instructors really push you to challenge yourself, and you'll have the best workout of your life! I always leave feeling great! After only a few months, I've felt better than ever before!

The owner Ron is a great guy and has challenging classes! The atmosphere in the gym is friendly and upbeat while still getting everyone to work hard. The instructors are kind and good at what they do! Take the beginner class - it’s free and you won’t regret it!

Humble, Body Positive, Friendly Gym! The atmosphere at Neighborhood is inviting and supportive of individual goals. The classes are designed so that you can be as technical as little or as much as you want. The staff are each very different from one another, but all make an effort to be friendly and positive with the members. There is no judgement at this gym! Everyone has their own goals and the staff are extremely respectful and supportive of whatever level of interest you have.
