I have been to a few gyms but none that I have felt at home in and comfortable until I found this one. I love the machines, the free weights, the cardio options and variety available to work anything on any given day. I love the atmosphere as well. In my short time coming here I see a lot of the same faces and everyone works hard. I have to force myself to take rest days honestly because I want to come every single day. I wish I would have found this place much sooner but glad I am here now. If you are looking for an awesome and clean gym, then look no further.

If you are serious about working out or getting in shape this gym is ware you need to be. The staff is always cleaning. They are also helpful and friendly. This gym has so much to offer from free weights to smith machines to cardio right down to healthy snacks and beverages. This a very PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN gym.

If you're traveling or visiting the area this is a great little gym. It's got everything you need and cleanliness is encouraged. Solid gym etiquette. Not crowded. Fair price for a day pass. I was here around 8am-10pm, so my review is based on that time frame.

I've grown up in this gym. I have come here since I was a toddler in the daycare, my dad being a lifter. Now that I've become passionate about lifting and improving myself, it's really awesome to have a gym that is focused on improving as well. All the new equipment, and some of the most helpful staff has really made my experience a great one.

You walk in and the first things you notice is the awesome designs on the walls and all the trophies! Seeing trophies is definitely reassuring in a sence that obviously the trainer knows what she's doing! This place is amazing. I go between 12-3pm and 9-11pm and they are never too busy. They are priced amazing for everything they offer! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone
