My grandson takes boxing and loves it! The instructor is great! He is very knowledgeable and patient, and its always a positive experience.

Great place to learn boxing and self defense. The coach is fantastic. Good place to go weather you have prior knowledge, or none at all. You will feel comfortable and at home in this gym. Plenty of equipment. I would recommend.
