I go mostly in the evening after work, and the energy level is always high. It can get crowded near the cardio zone, so timing your workout matters. One treadmill was out of service for a few days, but it was clearly marked and fixed later. Staff is present and handles situations calmly, which keeps things organized even during busy hours.

It’s fine. Bad hours. Expect the schedule to run with the school schedule -- so on breaks and summer expect extremely limited hours. Don't expect the gym to be open when school is closed either -- no effort made by this place to open during winter weather when all other gyms in the area are open. Weight equipment is nice enough but I would expect nicer from Oklahoma’s flagship university: a lot of it has labels falling apart, is disorganized, and only like one machine per movement. Need more cables. OSU’s Colvin has much nicer equipment in almost every facet, they should take notes. Would be nice if they could open before 6 am like normal gyms. Also, why post that the indoor pool is an amenity if it’s “closed indefinitely”?

Indoor track. Lots of power racks and machines. Plenty of cardio equipment. This is a big gym

I like this Fitness complex. It's spacious enough and has everything you need for fitness.

Great fitness facility. It has almost everything you can ask for. Weights (machines and free), cardio machines, courts, climbing wall, etc. You can also get a locker and use the showers. With you OU ID you can ask for towels, balls, equipment, etc. It is a little bit crowded during the beginning the semester but you just need to find a time that works for you. Almost everyday you can join casual basketball games; people are very welcoming and helpful. I have use this facility the last couple of years and I'll keep using it until graduation for sure.
