I’ve been training with Ryan for about 2 years now. I’ve seen amazing results and I feel great. I consider Ryan apart of my health team. For a personal trainer, this place has the best prices hands down. They are all kind and very knowledgeable.♥️ You will not regret it!

This gym is different than any other gym I’ve stepped inside. People know each other and treat each other like community, be prepared to work your but off to when you arrive. This gym doesn't waste anytime helping you meet your goals. Overall a life changing community, and a place I enjoy working through hard times with a great workout and great people

If you’re looking for a gym to get you in shape both physically and mentally then this is the gym for you. This gym provides quality training with a old school feel. No matter if you choose to do personal training or attend the group classes there is always someone to push and motivate you to be your best. The gym provides a great family atmosphere and the trainers are great! I love this place and all the people I train with.
