Phenomenal Boxing Conditioning Class at Vive Fitness! Daruma Combat Sports’ boxing conditioning class at Vive Fitness (in the Hollywood District of NE Portland) is absolutely phenomenal! Not only is it an incredible way to learn real boxing technique, but it’s also one of the most intense and effective calorie-burning workouts you’ll ever experience. Coach Chris’s classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:45 PM are the most exhausting—yet unbelievably rewarding—workouts in Portland. Whether you're looking to take your fitness to the next level, sharpen your boxing skills, or just be part of a welcoming and motivating community, this is the place to be.
I'm a striking coach and gym owner in Virginia. I met Coach Jordan at a seminar in California many years ago and was wildly impressed by his skill, temperament, and passion for the sport. Last year I brought Coach Jordan clear out to the east coast to teach his brilliant brand of striking to my students in an effort to expose my students to THE BEST instruction possible. Great place to train whether you're looking to pick up a new skill or already an experienced athlete. My personal training experience has been amazing and the coaches will tailor lessons to your fighting style and schedule. There's also larger classes going on all week taught by different coaches, and I never want to miss a day since they all have a slightly different style.
