Very cool kickboxing experience. Weather you want to lose weight or gain skills this the place is a go to. Also their schedule is so effective you can use their weight training center without the traffic other gyms have .And for 99$ a month no contract it's valid and a great deal in my personal opinion, just did a session, very effective both physically and cost effective Plus they speak Spanish, 2025 a year to get active as opposed to just talking, See you there Member, Jason Peterson, 2025, a year for change. see you there 👍
