I started training at Chosen Uno Training shortly after getting engaged. Steadman is so responsive, encouraging and treats everyone like family. CUT holds you accountable and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I have seen amazing results and highly recommend everyone joining us! I know I am going to be stronger and look/feel my best at my wedding because of this gym.

I have been apart of the Chosen Uno family for about a year and half now. There is no other gym like Chosen. The experience and environment is like no other. From Stead and Chavis to the amazing people i’ve met while working out at this gym is so amazing. The effort and work they put in are equally the same in the gym and virtually. Not only have I’ve seen INSANE result physically, they helped me so much mentally. It’s such an encouraging family to be apart of, I wouldn’t trade it!

Chosen UNO Training is the BEST!! In the few short weeks that I joined the gym, it already feels like such a positive and uplifting environment that always makes my day better! The workouts are motivating, exciting, and different every single time. All the staff is so welcoming and truly cares about their clients, I’m so thankful to have made the great decision to join the family!

Update: I’ve been training with Stead & Chav since February and I would recommend them 1,000 times if I could!! Not only is it a great gym to workout because it’s a judgement free zone and everyone is great vibes - but it’s also a family!!! Best place in the country CUT is the best place to train and better yourself in the state & probably the south east. They’ve helped get me in shape and become more confident in myself & my body. I look forward to every session and leave feeling better than ever. Such a great and inclusive environment - it is truly a judge free zone!!! Steadman and Chavis push you and care about each and every client. Family vibes for sure :)

Chosen Uno Training is an experience unlike any other…. I was hesitant about a group class versus going to the gym on my own at first, but i was wrong. I absolutely love the group classes!!! I am constantly being pushed to be the best version of myself everyday & it’s a great atmosphere ((even at 5:45am)) . Steadman / Chavis have created an awesome gym & an even better family! If you haven’t taken a class yet- I highly highly recommend it. You will not regret it!
