I would definitely recommend Bots Boxing. The trainers are really friendly and are doing a great job. It is very beginner friendly and the gym is really nice and great for training

I go to the Collierville location and Jade is an intense and motivational coach, he’s the best. He makes us all feel like pro fighters instead of beginners. I leave class everyday ready for the next class!

Originally from Memphis, I live in Fort Lauderdale but return home often for business and to visit family. Searched for boxing gyms and landed on Bots Boxing - visited their location in the Germantown/Bartlett area. For the past year, I'd been training at a boxing gym in Florida and I'm addicted to the training regimen. In addition to learning a new skillset and technique, the discipline - the cardio derived from a "boxer's workout" is better than CrossFit! Kevin is an outstanding coach - along with proven boxing experience he lends encouragement and hands-on (no pun intended) guidance that focuses on building your skill, strength, and stamina. Recommend this to anyone who's looking for a great workout, socialization, and the confidence that Kevin instills through his experience and passion.
