Don’t come here if you want teammates, come here if you want a Jiu Jitsu family. I was traveling cross-country and stayed in Murfreesboro for a few days and I had the pleasure of another Gym telling me that I couldn’t drop in, which led me to Gabriel and his team at fight zone. I came all the way from the West Coast, but when I stepped on these mats, it felt like I was right at home. I was embraced, welcomed, and treated like family and that is what Jiu Jitsu culture is all about. Whenever I’m in Tennessee, consider me a part of the fight zone team.

I would give Fight Zone 5 stars and suggest it to anyone who wants to do Jiu-Jitsu because ever since I got here I've been treated with respect by everyone! The Professor is Amazing! The classes are very entertaining. If you ever want to try Jiu-Jitsu I want you to try Fight Zone first!

I dropped into a late morning class last week. And it was such a fun class. Gabe was very inviting and clear on what we were working on that day. The gym is gorgeous and very clean with nice bathrooms and sitting and changing area. Highly recommend if you’re in Murfreesboro to check them out for a drop in or a home gym to train. Will be back for sure.

I dropped in at Fightzone after a friend invited me to train, and I was blown away. The gym is super clean, with multiple bathrooms, an easy check-in system, and a front desk full of gear. There’s even a family viewing area so parents can watch without crowding the mats. Classes have an awesome mix of beginners and experienced grapplers, and the atmosphere is welcoming for everyone — even families with little ones. I’ve been training a few years and felt right at home. I got great rounds in, learned a ton, and even rolled with the owner and head black belt — a skilled, humble instructor who clearly cares about his students. If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly jiu jitsu gym with great coaching and a positive culture, Fightzone is the place. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll be welcomed and challenged here.

Fight zone has changed my life in the best way. I had no experience in wrestling or MMA, I walked in the door and was immediately welcomed by Professor Gabe and he brought me in as one of his own. My trial class was exciting but not overly intense, I was immediately hooked. Everyone at fight zone are the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting and everyone takes care of each other and loves growing together. I'd recommend Fight Zone to anyone interested in Jiu Jitsu or looking to better themselves with a group of like minded individuals. Love it here!
