Great place for kids martial arts for children of all ages. Starting my son at 4 years old. He loves doing obstacle course days. Classes help build confidence and overcome shyness. Instructors and staff are friendly. Facility is clean, safe, and comfortable environment. They also have after school programs and special events for the kids and parents to enjoy. Check it out!

Two of my children recently joined SPAR Martial Arts and I am so happy about this decision. It's a very welcoming environment and the coaches are great at providing structured skill building activities and self-defense in a fun and uplifting manner. I can already see confidence building up in my children and I'm so grateful to see them eager to put on their uniforms and arrive to class early. Highly recommend!

The instructors are excellent, they teach real life survival techniques in martial arts. We brought my daughter to learn how to protect herself and she definitely has. My son also goes there and they built on the foundation he had from his previous school. The owner and instructors are always looking for ways to improve the school.

We love SPAR! Our son is very happy here and has made lots of friends. Everyone is very supportive of each other. Excellent mentor and leadership. Sensei John, sensei, Jason and sensei Mike teaches real life techniques.

We found SPAR Martial Arts 2 and 1/2 years ago when our student was 11. He's 14 in December. It has been such a joy to watch his progress toward his first long term goal in life (achieve a black belt) and see his self-confidence and self discipline grow! The senseis at SPAR know their stuff and teach respect as well as skills! We love it there! ❤️
