I love to box and was delighted to find this tiny treasure in East Nashville. The several locations and different classes really works well with my schedule. A great way to workout, de-stress and burn calories. I highly recommend.
Perfect for experienced and beginners! Great workout with coaches that are going to challenge you. I go once in a while through ClassPass and appreciate how every class is the same but different! Only negative is if you borrow their boxing gloves they Smell! Buy your own if you like it!
The staff is so welcoming and fun!! I know each time I go for a class that I’ll not only get a great work out, but I’ll learn better technique. The coaches make sure to come around and kindly critique/help if you’re having trouble with something as well. You can tell they enjoy what they do and put a lot of time and energy into it. I highly recommend Title East!
The best people, the best gym, the best workouts! We've had such an amazing experience here every time we go! Today we brought family members as guests, and the instructor Rick made them feel welcome and prepared! The class was awesome, we appreciate you all!
