Love this gym! Jay is always helpful since I signed up two years ago. Zac always greets me with a smile. Costumers Is on point 10 out 10 would recommend! Oh and definitely use a private Traning Couch. I have been working with Rebecca for over a year and she is Amazing!

I recently lost my keys at the gym, and Zac was extremely helpful throughout the whole situation. He took the time to assist me in looking for them and was very friendly and professional. joined Fitness Connection two years ago, and I’ve had a great experience so far. They have all the machines you need for a complete workout, whether you’re focusing on strength training or cardio. The gym is well equipped and has everything I look for in a fitness center. I’m really glad I chose this gym. My only hope is that they don’t close too early on weekdays and weekends, because longer hours would make it even more convenient !

I really enjoy coming to Fitness Connection. The front staff is very friendly and welcoming. Shantiana and Jay are outstanding hosts to incoming guests. Kudos to both of them. The equipment is clean and serviceable so I can always find a machine to use. Keep up the good work!

Lady at the front desk was super sweet and fun to talk to. She answered all my questions and gave me a good tour of the gym and answered all my questions. Signed up today!
