This is an amazing gym with great culture and coaches. Daniel, Zach, Robbie, and the other instructors go above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. I highly recommend DFW Combat if you are looking for a combat school in Dallas.

I can’t recommend this gym enough! Practicing Muay Thai here has been an incredible experience. Melissa and Coach Zac have done an amazing job of creating a warm, healthy environment that is truly conducive to learning and growth. What really sets this place apart, though, is the community. Everyone genuinely wants to see each other improve and succeed, which makes every training session both challenging and supportive.

I’ve been training at this gym for a few months now and I didn’t expect to fall in love with it the way I did. From day one, Melissa was incredibly welcoming and helped make a new environment feel less intimidating. Coach Zac brings structure and intention to his Muay Thai classes, and it’s clear he truly cares about teaching the fundamentals. But I think what really sets this gym apart is the community. Teammates like Sal, Rachel, Nihar, Emily, Steph, Dudrine, and others help create a supportive, motivating, and ego free environment. People here genuinely want to see you succeed. Highly recommend this gym!

When I came in, I was greeted by two young women with big smiles, and right away I felt a great vibe—motivated, welcoming energy. As I looked around, the space just felt comfortable. I tried my first heavy bag workout and, honestly, I haven’t worked out in years, so jumping into a high-intensity class was a lot. But I made it through without passing out, and the instructor and other members kept checking on me and making sure I was okay. What stood out most was how kind everyone was. Members interacted with me, encouraged me, and even praised my hard work. I didn’t feel insecure at all—especially after other gyms where I felt judged or laughed at. Here, I felt genuinely appreciated and cared for. The environment is supportive, uplifting, and feels like a family. I signed up immediately. I’ve been searching for a gym that would truly motivate me and help me reach my fitness goals—this is it. I found my home.
