I've been to four or give different gyms and this one has been my favorite. It's clean and there's plenty of machines. They also have a women's only section. One thing to mention is the best leg machine options are in the shared leg machine room downstairs. they have some in the women's only section but for the best options, you'll be in the men and women shared space. It's not really an issue though. Everyone seems to keep to themselves so i havn't felt weird or anything.

Hands down best gym/workout complex in the RGV… it’s 2 stories, the first floor has a huge area for weights and stretching, a full court basketball court, racquetball courts, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Upstairs has tons of different cardio machines, group class rooms, and a women’s only section

The basketball court is awesome! I love to come in and get a couple shots up before my workout and there’s always good pick up games in the morning. Really good cardio ⛹️

Favorite gym I've been too so far personal trainers and front desk members very nice and helpful on how to use machines properly and very nice on the way out in coming in.
