This past year, getting a trainer completely changed my approach to fitness and nutrition. Mo provided personalized workouts and meal plans that gave me structure, confidence, and consistency. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself, and I’m grateful for the results and habits I’ve built. I would definitely recommend Mo to anyone who wants real guidance and long-term success in the gym!

Love this gym! Old school garage gym vibe...but it's kept clean haha. Equipment is well-suited for powerlifting or bodybuilding. Jake (owner) is a great guy. Fun to talk with about fitness or just life events. Niko (boxing coach) is awesome! I started boxing here 8 months ago and have made so much progress. Everybody here is nice and easy to talk to. This spot is a true gem. Highly recommend...

Great gym as far as not only the equipment but the culture and community. Have had a few memberships at other “private” gyms in the area, but this is the place to be if you want a great gym at a great price point.

The music here deserves its own shoutout—it somehow nails the vibe every time, whether you’re lifting, stretching, or just trying to survive a tough cardio session. Everything about the space makes it easy to stay motivated, from the open layout to the friendly energy in the air. It’s the kind of gym that makes you actually look forward to showing up, hitting your sets, and enjoying every minute of it.

I’ve been coming here for a year Never had one problem and do not plan on leaving. I love this gym. The people here are so nice and it’s a place where you can make friends Everyone is so kind here and helpful. They got a basketball court. They got powerlifting KG plates they got what you need to put put on muscle. They got big tires to flip. They got punching bags dumbbells to 150 pounds for y’all big guys. Would recommend this place for parents, kids. Every day this gym just gets better and better and like I said, do not plan on leaving love it here
