My daughter has been going to submission boxing Academy for the past 6 months, she absolutely loves being there. It's not a super clean, up scale, uppity type environment, Instead its more everyday, everyone, inviting and comfortable type environment. So probably not a high end rich person only place to be, which is great for us. She goes 3x a week for practice and getting ready for boxing competitions. The coach will train for real competition not just looks like the other boxing gyms we looked in to. All in all we couldn't be happier, I would recommend submission boxing to anyone.

Frank is the man. Top notch training and super knowledgeable. Great place to learn and sweat.

I went here a couple years ago and the knowledge i learned there was priceless and has helped me stay safe on multiple occasions

Great place to work out and learn how to box! There is also mma training at submission boxing academy for those that are interested and the owner is very generous on the prices that you pay for monthly classes.
