Great environment i guess but the daycare really sucks, its teenagers that (don't) pay attention to the kids. My then 3 year old got her dressed ripped apart by another child and NOBODY saw or said a damn thing until my 8 year decided to tell me after getting home. When I asked about it neither of the same exact teenagers could give me any information other than letting their supervisor know and basically dismissed.

I had a great experience signing up at TruFit—the process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and created a welcoming environment that made me excited to get started on my fitness journey!

Love this place. Used to be golds gym. Then it was heroes and now it’s TrueFit. They’ve remodeled and the place is awesome. Full size indoors track, child care, free weights, cables and plenty of mirrors for those who watch the gains. 5 stars and that’s only because I can’t add more.

This gym has been my home base for the last three years and the place where my bodybuilding journey started. It’s hands down the best gym experience I’ve had. The equipment is solid, the space is always clean, and the atmosphere is the perfect mix of motivating and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes showing up feel easy even on the hard days. The staff deserves a special shoutout because they’re truly the best part, friendly, encouraging, and always making you feel seen and supported. I’ve grown so much here and I’m grateful for this place. ( Jordan is the best )

Employees extremely helpful especially with adjusting my plan and helping me with the best one. Plenty of variety with equipment especially for those that like to move between workout types. Never had issues with waiting on machines which in past experiences can be frustrating. Good atmosphere all kept extremely clean.
