We've had a really great time working out at Crown BJJ! My son has learned so much in just the short amount of time. It's a great outlet for a kid who desires a lot of sensory output. Everyone who works there are kind and helpful. I love that the instructors are so hands on with the kids, even in bigger classes.
I enjoy watching my niece train at Crown BJJ every Tuesday. The professors are so knowledgeable and so kind with their students. They are outstanding mentors to the both the young and the old. However, with this said, the professors make ALL their students work hard to EARN their belts. There is no laziness to be had here. Crown BJJ is a gym, a mindset, a family. Here you will be welcomed, here you will be challenged both physically and mentally, here you will grow...here you will be home.

One of the best experiences I have had is at this gym. Truly a place filled with great people that are there to better peoples skills on and off the Mat. Went for a trial, and fell in love with it. I can’t recommend this gym more to anyone who has ever considered giving Bjj a go. No matter what your skill level is, they will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in! Great people, great gym, great time!!
