Kinetix is fabulous and clean facility with a friendly staff and something for everyone! My serious weightlifting family members love the equipment and free weights and I enjoy the classes for a great workout while having fun! The instructor is dellightful and encourages the class to challenge themselves. Highly recommend!
Our family loves Kinetix! The childcare is exceptional, and the staff are kind, attentive, and professional. It’s such a relief to work out knowing our kids are safe and well cared for. Having dependable childcare at the gym has been a true blessing for our family. It allows my husband and me to prioritize our health while taking a small but meaningful break. I highly recommend Kinetix to any mom looking for a gym that truly supports families!
I became a member in 2020 shortly after my first was born and Kinetix has been such a sanctuary for me. We have fallen in love with the community we have made at Kinetix! I now have three kids and even they look forward to coming in because of the care and attention they receive. The childcare workers and other moms I have become friends with at Kinetix are people my kids and I look forward to seeing! We have even used some of the childcare workers as babysitters outside of the gym. I have so many wonderful experiences and could not recommend Kinetix more, both for their gym facilities and for the childcare they provide!
LOVE THIS GYM!!! I was in Lynchburg VA for a week or so for a school trip and found this gym. No matter if you’re a cardio bunny, powerlifter or bodybuilder, this is the perfect place for you. All of the other gyms here are not well kept or sketchy, but this gym is top notch. Some of the machines are older and some areas have holes in the walls, but all and all it’s great gym, especially if you are a serious lifter. It has machines that are hard to find and two floors. The variety of equipment is awesome, there is SO much variety here. Definitely give it a visit if you are in the area, it’s a big gym and everyone is so kind. The staff is attentive and professional, love to see it.
