The Heros Home is one of the most welcoming gyms I’ve ever been part of. From day one, it felt less like walking into a gym and more like joining a community. It feels like everyone is pulling for each other. If you’re willing to show up and put in the work, they will meet you wherever you are. The coaches are motivating and the community makes it a place you actually want to come back to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for more than just a workout.
Love this gym! Personal feel and plenty of other women working out to feel comfortable! Don't feel like you're quite there yet workout wise, it's not intimidating to ask for a modifier. Made some great friends and feel much stronger - I can finally boost my kid above my head and feel like a super mom 😉.
Awesome gym with incredible energy and a true community feel. The group workouts are highly functional, with a great balance of strength training, cardio, and explosive movements that challenge you and get you in top shape. The programming meets you at your current level while still pushing you to improve and grow alongside others. The owner and staff are laid-back and welcoming, yet they know how to motivate you to become better every day. If you’re in Lynchburg and looking for community, accountability, and real progress in your fitness journey, The Heroes Home is the place to be.

The Heroes Home has become one of my favorite parts of Lynchburg. The community is supportive, encouraging, enticing, and most of all fun! Everyday is something new. I went in with a goal, and within three months I hit my strength goal. Now making new goals, and advancing with everyone. Not without the support of the amazing coaches! You guys are awesome.
